Cloudiey treatment

My 1 year old cat, Cloudy, has been sick for more than a week now and he has been very weak. He has lost a lot of weight and loss appetit. At first we suspected a parasite or virus infection. We brought him to the local vet and they said there was an infection in his blood and got him injection and antibiotics but it didn't do any good. We brought him back to the same vet and he was given antibiotics. I dont' think he improved, instead he lost his appetite to drink and eat any kind of food. I did asked to one of the experienced vet and he thinks that the previous vet doing the wrong diagnosis and treatment to my cat. He has become gradually weak and walks slowly. He sleeps with his head hung and he is sleeping a lot which is very unusual. He always calls out to us maybe for comfort or scratching. I can't bear looking at him all skinny. It's progressing so fast. He was a very healthy cat before this.

I want to take him to a real vet and animal clinic but if someone could just help me. I don't have the funds anymore to do so.Please help my cat with the unexpected veterinary bills.
