clothing bank and thrift store in greenbrier

I have always tried to help those in need. I have a very big house and have taken in many who needed a helping hand up. But unfortunately many of these people have taken advantage of my good heart. My home has been left destroyed by the tenants and broken into. Few have actually shown me that my help was not abused. I am moving to take care of my father but I do not want to lose the home in which I have put so much love into and can be utilized to do so much good in the community. I cannot afford to keep my own home And pay my way while I care for my father. So I have a goal to make it all possible. I want to open a clothing bank and thrift store in the downstairs portion of the home with a family member living in the upstairs area to watch over the place in my absence. The clothing bank will benefit the community as a whole while the thrift store will keep the out of pocket expense of running the place down. That will however take a bit to get up and running as the house has been left in poor shape due to renters. I am not wanting to rent anymore I just am not a good landlord my heart is too big and it attracts the wrong renters. Please help me to save my dream house while helping give to the community.
