Campaign Story
The campaign "Clogh to Cuba" is to raise sufficient funds to cover the costs of a trip to Cuba for a young boxer named Brandon McCarthy from the village of Clogh in North County Kilkenny Ireland.
Brandon who is an up and coming boxer recently won his 11th National Title in a row and was invited to go to Cuba to take part in a two-week training camp, commencing on the 16 th of June. This trip would afford him the opportunity to train with boxers and coaches that otherwise, he would not have access to. As the cost of the trip will be approximately 3K, it will not be possible for him to go unless he can raise the money to do so.
If this campaign is successful, it will help him achieve this goal.
