Thank you for viewing my funding request.

My mother, 63 years young, was diagnosed with a very rare disease called primary Progressive Aphasia (PPA ) over 4 years ago. PPA is a frontal lobe brain disease that cause the patient to lose their memory and ability to speak. Unlike Alzheimer patients with PPA actually are aware they have the disease and that they are loosing their minds making it very difficult to watch happen. I have had to watch my mothers memory and verbal skills decline rapidly over the past years. There is little money for the treatment of PPA as the diseases is somewhat rare and also fairy new compared to other diseases. I'm raising this money for her and 12 others with her condition to begin a clinical research trial that has had amazing success in the UK.

The hospital needs to raise $60,000 in the next few months for the clinical research trial for PPA involving Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). TMS has been shown to drastically improve speech with people suffering PPA. This $60,000 will go directly to a study consisting of 12 patients in the New England area. The study will take place at Butler hospital in Providence, RI and will be conducted by Dr. Ott. Before government grants or research study grants can be obtained the only way to get this project started is by raising private funds.

Please help me to get this clinical trial started before it's to late for my mother and other people's mothers and father's.

Thank you in advance for your donated.
