Kinesis - pokret, Terapija - lečenje, ovo je vrsta lečenja posturalnog poremećaja (poremećaj držanja tela, ravna stopala, kriva kičma itd..) vežbom. Moja ciljana grupa će biti deca ometena u razvoju, deca koja imaju Daunov sindrom, Autizam i ADHD. Razlog ove ciljane grupe je upravo, što ovako vežbanje, omogućava veći protok kiseonika koji potpomaže razvoju mozga, takodje ovakvo vežbanje pomaže socijalizaciji ove dece.

Kinesis - movement, Therapy - Treatment, this is a type of treatment of postural disorder (a disorder of the body, flat feet, curvature, etc.) by exercise. My target group will be children with disabilities, children with Daun's syndrom, Autism and ADHD.The reason for this target group is precisely that this kind of exercise creates greater flow of oxygen which contributes to brain development, and this kind of exercise also helps with the socialization of these children.

Po struci ja sam, Profesor fizičkog vaspitanja i sporta, usmerila sam Kineziterapiju i zaljubila sam se u istu. Oduševljava me ono što se sa jednostavnim vežbama može postići, i kako to utiče na celokupan organizam i razvoj samog organizma i ličnosti. Rad sa decom ometenom u razvoju, mi je pokazao kolike su zapravo mogućnosti Kineziterapije i šta se sve može uraditi. Koliko života ona može da promeni, koliko se samopouzdanje vraća i povećava kako se i telo "ispravlja".

According to the profession, I, the Professor of Physical Education and Sports, directed the Kinesiotherapy and I fell in love with it. I am delighted with what can be achieved with simple exercises, and how it affects the entire organism and the development of the organism and personality itself. Working with disadvantaged children showed me the possibilities of the Kinesiotherapy and what can be done. How much life can it change, how much confidence comes back and increases as the body "corrects itself".
