Campaign Story
Clifford Martin is a male paraplegic who has had a passion for sports from a very young age.
He was involved in a car accident at the age of 15 that left him paralyzed from the waist down. Prior to his accident, he was a very enthusiastic sportsman. He was en route to the Paralympics when he was dropped by airline staff resulting in a broken shoulder which put an end to his Olympic dream at the time.
In 2016, Clifford was recently involved in a car accident that resulted in his wheelchair being damage beyond repair. He managed to bang it into some sort of shape but the frame is not straight and he battles with the seat and back rest. This causes his pain and discomfort.
Clifford a former Bodybuilder who competed for several years and featured in Muscle evolution several times has got back into the sport of bodybuilding and has been selected to compete at Mr Olympia Naturals in Las Vegas in the month of November 2017.
Despite his challenges with his chair he has been training like a machine and is getting ready for the competitions. You cannot keep Clifford down!
We are currently trying to raise funds to buy Clifford a new wheelchair before he leaves for Vegas. Any assistance will be appreciated!
