Clearing our debt and our two kids education expenses

Nora and I got marriad six year back and i work with Christian org. My pay is very less and every month i have to borrow money from my friends, advance from office and slowly the amount become huge amount now i am in really tuff time to clear my debts and at the same time i have three kids and two have to start their schooling as well. I am not able to arrange the amount to put my two kids to school due to my financial staus and very low earning.
