Clear debts before our baby is born

First of all, thanks for taking the time to read this.

We are living one of the happiest moments of our lives. We are having a baby!. The only problem is that due to medical problems, we got into a debt of almost $7000 (united states dollars). We are paying it, but with our baby coming, we will not be able to do it any more. Both, my wife and I, have full time jobs and do our best, but the situation here in Argentina is pretty difficult.
