Campaign Story
Many areas in rural Thailand has water sources but non of them are drinkable nor useable. For most families it means buying drinking water for cooking as well as drinking.
What we aim to do is to change all that with a water treatment system. There are many water systems out there but most of them are not sustainable and what we are aiming to do is to provide the water treatment systems to the rural areas, monitor and manage the system via cloud systems and also keep the cost of maintaining and running them as cheap as possible.
The technology and management systems are being provided by Professor Arjin Nomsomran who is an engineering & controls professor at King Mongkut's Institute of Technology.
Funds are required for the purchase of water treatment systems, equipment for management, maintaining the water systems and research & development.
With this, we are looking to provide affordable clean water for CLMV, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam in the future.
