Have you ever been to Cairo? Cairo is chaos in its most magnificient form. Donkey carts rattle down dusty lanes. Piles of stinky trash lay at every junction with flies hovering over them. Flattened plastic bottles are always seen here or there. QNF is a new venture that is tackling trash overflow in Egypt. We collect plastic bottles and cans and upcycle them into creative DIY products, which are sold to generate revenue and sustain the operation.

The collection:

The collection will occur at restaurants in the Maadi neighborhood and the metro. We will reduce the trash cost for the restaurants incentivizing them to give us our trash.

The upcycling:

The upcycling will be done by the most skilled Egyptian workers: the Zabaleen who have an upcycling efficiency rate of 80%. The uniqueness of design, its help in day to day functionality and the support for cleaning shall incentivize people to buy the upcycled products.

QNF will be the first company in Egypt to upcycle plastic, and sell it- this gives us a huge market to capture. Please donate and help us make Cairo clean again!
