Campaign Story
Konjera village in Butula sub county of Busia county In kenya has a population of over 3000 people. The population till their land for food when rains are available.
The people in this village fetch water from streams that are 5-8kms away from their homestead. This is the reason we are struggling to ensure the village is with water as water is life
Together with other people of Good will we have managed to dig 4 boreholes for the village. While we have done this to reduce distances, we have not done piping to homestead.
It is for this reason that we are requesting for assistance from people of Good will to help us:
1. Buy four 10,000 water tanks
2. Fabricate 4 steel water tank towers
3. Buy 4 water solar pumps
4. Assorted plumbing materials and works
5. Chlorination of the bore holes.
As an individual with desire to get clean water for my fellow community members I plead and beg for your support.
