Having travelled from London to Bangladesh several times, I've had the opportunity of seeing first hand the needs of our ummah in rural areas. Including my own village.
Kajir gaon dakhil madrasah is home, school, mosque to hundreds of students at present. Situated in: (for those who know the area better the union is Mogol gao), in the Sylhet District.
Throughout the years thousands have graduated, and progressed onto college, university and even abroad from this small little village hub. Its a ten second walk from my own home, I have met/photographed the students and building from my trips in 2015 and 2016.
There are already a few floors to the current madrasah which accommodate students studying the national curriculum, as well as space for the madrasah students, however the huffadh (students who wish to memorize quran) can not be enrolled on to their course as of yet - there simply aren't enough rooms!
Your donation will help make an entire new floor, 2/3 classrooms to fit all the hifs students. We all know the reward of the one who learns quran and teaches it, there is no better job! Imagine the rewards for funding such a great initiative and being part of something so great. May it be heavy on your scale of good deeds, remember Ramadan, its merit, the ajr we get is multiplied by thousands.
Your few pounds can equal thousands, just make the right intention and give whatever amount you can,
"Spend (in charity) out of the sustenance that We have bestowed on you before that time when death will come to someone, and he shall say: "O my Lord! If only you would grant me reprieve for a little while, then I would give in charity, and be among the righteous." - The Holy Quran, 63:10
