John’s Dialysis Treatment Fund & Kidney Transplant

Dear Family & Friends,

I am writing to you with much hope that you might be able to help me. I am trying to raise funds for my dialysis treatment & kidney transplant, 33 years old, diagnosed with kidney failure about 1year and 7 months due to highpertension. Since then, I’ve been on dialysis, I attend three sessions per week. Each session at the Hemotek Renal Center costs 3,200 pesos / session, therefore needs 12,000 pesos per week for Dialysis. My condition has made it impossible for work. I used to work as an SEO Specialist in a Marketing/Advertising Company (online). My medical bills keep accumulating and used up all of my savings and that of my immediate family as well.

Although I hate to burden anyone, needs all the help I can get in order to pay for my treatment and also get a kidney transplant immediately. Average life expectancy of someone on dialysis is only five years. Research has tended to favor a transplant over long term kidney dialysis as transplant patients generally live longer than dialysis patients.

My doctors are saying the transplant will cost 500,000 - 1M.

Please help me save my life.
