CKD STAGE 5 PATIENT/ For Transplant fund.

I am humbly knocking your heart to all people out there. I am diagnosed of CKD stage 5, only the dialysis machine will do the job of my kidney. The Doctors says I need to undergo for Kidney Transplant. I don't have money for that operation even supporting for my dialysis session is very hard how much more for the transplant.
