The development of information technology in recent years is very fast. The impact is greatly felt by the global community.

Unfortunately, not all layers of society in different parts of the world, ready for the changes that occur by the rapid development of information technology. One example is the lack of public awareness in receiving information that berteberan on the internet and social media such as those circulating in telegram, WhatsApp, Lina and others.

The presence of information technology, especially social media such as facebook, twitter and others, encouraging citizens love to write. They love to write status on their social media account. Some are positive, but not infrequently, either because of the facts of the fact they are sumiry or weak, others lie, both the material and the material they upload.

Seeing these developments, as a journalist, I was with several colleagues, moved to develop citizen journalism. We build news stories, which will be developed into a citizen news portal, which we named Monasnews (http://www.monas.news)

As a first step, this site will be developed in Bahasa Indonesia. Later, will be developed in several versions.

So, who will fill out the request content on this news site? We invite community members to write and report what's going on in their neighborhood, with journalistic rules. For this reason, the funding we expect from the benefactors here, in addition to the technical funding of this news site, will also be used to provide citizen journalism training.

With this training, targeted by teenagers and students, and it is possible for parents, they will write responsibly. To write things that require conformation, of course they will be directed that way.

The perpetrators of this citizen journalism, will get a fee from the advertising revenue earned by Monasnews. Managers will take 20 percent of ad revenue to "hire" citizen journalists. The rest, for the development of the site and to continue to conduct writing training for the citizens in Indonesia and not closed any other citizens scattered around the world.

We are happy to be a special investor, we are open to it. Please send your offering to email [email protected].

Thanks and best regards to you philanthropists.
