Citizen Initiatives

We believe in The United States Constitution and in the sovereign rights of the states to govern their own populations.  Our organization, under the leadership of Charles Kacprowicz and Sandy Toth, the Sovereignty and States Rights Amendment.   What this amendendment will do is as follows: 

1)  Reaffirm States' Rights in the legislative process at the federal level

2)  Prevent the selling out our sovereign rights to other elements, foreign or domestic

3)  Prevent the president from declaring Martial Law without express approval from Congress

4)  Prohibit the use of surveillance activitis that violate the privacy of indivduals without a warrant

5)  Allows states to countermand congressional laws by 60% of the vot of state legislatures

6)  Provides a time limit of 90 days for repeal of the law countermanded

7)  Provides for criminal prosecution of individuals violating the provisions of the amendment

8)  Becomes a part of the United States Constitution bolstering Article V

9)  Would apply to the several States, Territories, and Commonwealths

10)  Would serve as the foundational amendment for State legislatures to introduce, countermand, and even bring charges to government officials who knowingly violate the Constitution.
