Its worth to have a CCNA because if you are new to networking then anyhow you will have to learn CCNA, so by giving the exam and having a certification can gain you a chance of working with CISCO its self as an intern or a staff. So its a good choice to have a certification of CCNA.
Although the CCNA certification is only a beginner-level certification, it still attracts a series of benefits for the certification holder: validates one's specific technical skills, considerably increasing the possessor's professional credibility
Whether it is hiring or promotion, the decision is made by human resources. Now while they may have a IT background, they make their decisions in a way that takes into account many different factors. One of these is formal credentials, such as the CCNA.
