cisco certs to help raise grandchild

Hi  I am Joseph Brasseur my wife and I lost our daughter in a car accident due to a individual that was under the influence of narcotics back in 2008. We are raiseing our grandchild monique who our daughter left behind, we love and cherish this child with all our hearts and are trying to provide a good life for her and opurtunities for college. My wife works her tail off as a dental assistant I just finished my bachlors degree in cyber security. I also got my AAS in Network systems administration. I do contract work out at Intel in Hillsborro, Or. with the hopes of finding a career eventually in my field. I am starting my Masters degree in Information security assurance in June, while studing for my CCNA which is a cisco cert for non techies. I have done all this in two years time I had to do something, the subprime market crashed and home building market tanked so I took advantage of my veterans benefits and crosstrained. I get 4 hours to 3 hours of sleep a night. I ride the train 4 hours a day. I am always in pain due to back problems so I cant sleep so I study I read everything and watch videos and do my simulators for preperation for my tests. I am very driven and motivated by love not greed. I promised my daughter i would help her raise her daughter before she died and that is my mission. My goal is to get a carreer that will fully provide for my family and put my grandaughter through collage. She is eight and very smart and adorable. She has a good attitude and her teachers like her allot. The lab equipment I need to familize my self with the cert prep materials is costly sometimes and these tests and bootcamps for training arent cheap.  I dont want a hand out I want a hand up so I can achieve my carreer goals and finish what I need to excell in my field to provide for my family ; meaning , food , healthcare , shelter, college and etc. I dont get any help from the state I work for everthing I get. Taking a second job would take time away from studing for my certs which would be more adventages for a brighter future for my grandaughter. Im a honarably discharged veteran from the navy. I got a medical discharge in 1991 I have a clean record. my credit score sucks. but want to rebuild it. I park my car and take public transportation we stick to a strict budget to maintain the functionality to pursue are family goals. Im not looking or simpathy just maybe an opurtunity to use funding for building my home lab to get my certs to land the career, get that security engineer job or network pentration testing position or create my own firm. I trying to take my pasion make a better life for the people I love. I am not begging just looking for individuals help me achieve my goals, Im will to pay the money back, I just need some help is all to make my goals happen that will truely better the lives of the people I love most.
