Surgery for Saul

My uncle, Saul Guerrero, who lives in Venezuela suffered a bicycle accident. In Venezuela there is no gas for cars lately, so he went to town on his bike and a dog got in the way and my uncle in the attempt of not running over the dog he fell and is heavily bruised. He needs a surgery on his shoulder to be able to recover the 80% of his movement capacity. All medical reports, medical bills and pictures of my uncle as a result of the accident are attached.
