Cirugía para Alex / a life changing surgery

My name is Alex. 26. Mexican. No dad since my whole life. No mom since 2011. Working hard. Always finding ways to get through life struggles. Falling down. Getting back up. A few months ago I got sick lung issues. Hard times. Hopeless. Ever since my health is not the same. I thought i could save money on my own and get a surgery but i dont get paid enough and our health system is terrible. My family does not support me and my second mother my grandma currentIy deals with cancer herself. I need to get this surgery to be healthier. I need hope. I need you. Please help me be better. Soy Alex. No tengo padre y perdi a mi madre desde el 2011. Siempre trabajo duro tratando de sobrellevar los problemas. Me caigo pero siempre vuelvo a levantarme. Hace unos meses me enferme del pulmon, y desde entonces ya nada es igual, estoy mas delicado y ya hay cosas que no puedo hacer como antes. Pense que podia juntar dinero para poder operarme y estar mas saludable. Pero no puedo solo. No tengo apoyo familiar, y mi segunda madre mi abuela ahorita pelea contra el cancer y no puede apoyarme.
