CinnaLu Breakfast Ecofriendly FoodTruck

CinnaLu is an innovative foodtruck that sells complete breakfasts with healthier and fresher ingredients but affordable for everyone. We are striving to be as ecofriendly as possible and reduce our ecological impact by using biodegradable and compostable products, and other initiatives to reduce our footprint. Food trucks in Puerto Rico have increased helping the local economy, but growing the amounts of trash. We aim to reduce our impact and get the community involved by organizing clean ups and other activities. Right now we need to raise money for operations to start, since compostable products are more expensive than the regular styrofoam and aluminum used. We would like to be able to purchase the foodtruck and get started being as ecofriendly as possible.
