Campaign Story
Hello! I'm planning on going to Faridabad, India (outside of Dehli) this upcoming June. I will be working with a medical and nursing missions program, that allows students in either nursing school or medical school to work in the slums of India, giving the underserved population an opportunity at adequate healthcare services.
I will be on this trip for two weeks, where I will be scheduled to work during the day at either a clinic, hospital, or in the OR observing surgeries. In the evening, community outreach is done throughout the city and the surrounding towns, by visiting orphanages, local schools, and helping in a women's center.
This trip does allow for a weekend excursion to see the Taj Mahal, this is after the two weeks is completed, and does not interfere with the mission.
