Dear everyone,

I hope this message finds you well. I find myself in a difficult position, and although it's not easy for me to admit, I must swallow my pride and reach out for your assistance.

It pains me deeply to witness my loved one's suffering while being unable to provide the necessary financial support. I am aware that many of us are facing tremendous challenges. I have personally lost my source of income and, despite actively searching for employment, the current job market makes it incredibly difficult to secure a position.

Therefore, I humbly come to you today, seeking your help. My husband has been diagnosed with chronic urticaria, a persistent and debilitating skin condition. To identify the underlying cause and expedite his treatment, he urgently requires a laboratory test. With God's grace and your generosity, we hope to obtain a swift diagnosis and begin the necessary treatment.

Unfortunately, we are unable to afford the cost of the required laboratory test at this time. In addition to the expenses associated with the test, the medications and ongoing treatment for his condition are also quite costly.

I am sincerely grateful for any kindness and assistance you can offer. Your support would mean the world to us during this challenging period. May God bless us all.

On a related note, let me provide some information about chronic urticaria (CU). Also known as chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) in certain studies, this severe and distressing skin condition manifests as red, swollen, itchy, and sometimes painful hives or wheals. These symptoms appear spontaneously and recur for a period exceeding six weeks [1-3]. Currently, the prevalence of chronic urticaria (CU) is estimated to affect up to 1% of the global population [4]. It is worth noting that up to 40% of CIU patients also experience concomitant angioedema, which involves swelling in the deeper layers of the skin [6]. This disorder can cause disfigurement and long-term distress for both patients and their families.

Thank you sincerely for your kindness and support.
