Chronic pain and broke. Need help with lawyer fees to sue for malpractice.

I am a 31 year old man that have been living with severe chronic pain since 1996, all because of malpractice. My goal is to sue the county to get some much needed financial relief, due to the fact that i am not able to work at all because of this injury.

I sleep very few hours every night, due to pain.
I eat alot of painkillers every day to cope with it.
I am not able to use my right leg at all since the injury, so i am walking around on crutches and occasionally use a wheelchair.

The injury occured when i had my appendix removed in 1995, an appendix that was not infected in any way.
Even tho there was nothing wrong with the appendix, i got an infection, and then another infection ontop of that. During these procedures they damaged a nerv and i've been living with this pain and handicap since then.

My economy is stretched as it is, but this is something i need to do to get peace of mind.

The doctor that made the mistake is the highest paid doctor in this county, and i live on a bare minimum.
This system is not fair and i would be thankful for all the help i can possibly get.

Every little dime will aid me in taking back some dignity in this case.

If i loose the case so be it, but then i have at least tried to do something.
