Chronic kidney disease stage 5

I'm Genie Aspa, 32 years old asking for your help to have a financial assistance I was diagnosed last August 2018 with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5 secondary to Chronic Glomerulonephritis and subject for Kidney Transplant. We are no longer afford to buy for all the medicine that doctors prescribed and to pay for my dialysis (3 times a week) and the only things I hope for is the people whose willing to help to the needy like me.
