My mom's condition,, shes at stage 5 of Chronic Kidney Disease. Currently, she is admitted at Medical City Hospital, located in Orgtigas Ave Pasig City Philippines. At ICU, doctors are helping and trying to save my mom's life. She went on Hemodialysis procedures. We are still fighting.
