CHRONIC GOUTY ARTHRITIS

I am George Marcelo, from Quezon City Philippines, knocking in your hearts to seek medical assistance/help for my chronic gouty arthritis. I have gout (increase uric acid in the blood) attack every now and then, that causes deposition of chalkstones on my joints that brings severe pain.As a person with disability, I am not able to work and can no longer support for my maintenance medicine,for check up and for the operation of my joints.I hope that you can help me in any possible way, and i would really appreciate it.
