Christmas Miracle

We are a family of 4. Morten 45 yrs, Veronika 41, Our daughter is 7 and our son is 2. We are in a desperate need of a christmas miracle. We bought Veronikas childhood home in 2014 and love living here, but there has been 5 very tough years.

First we found out that one room in the basement was water damaged because of a flowerbed outside. We hired an excevator to remove the flowerbed and renovated the room. The Excavator broke the sewer pipe and the whole job got more expensive. Then we got a tenant in the basement that just stopped paying the rent, later we found out that she used to be like this every place she has been living before also. We had to use a lawyer to get her out. Then we found out that the water mains in the whole house was broken, and that we had to replace the whole system. During this process we also found old water damages in 2 rooms in the basement that needed total renovations, and the bathroom, both in the basement and in the main floor needed renovation. Then i got health problems 4 years ago. A lot of pains, hypertension, exhaustion and kidney problems along with a lifetime of anxiety and panicattacks. So i haven`t been working the last 4 years, and it looks like i never will be able to work 100% again. Veronika also lost here job last year.

Our economy is at the rock bottom now, and we need help to turn it around. The house is now in a good shape, our tenant is now my mother in law. And our children has all their friends around here. We will do everything it takes to keep our beloved house. I will herritage some money during 2019, and we will get a higher value of our house in 2019. But we need help to get trough this christmas, so that we don`t loose everything we have. I don`t like the christmas gift from our creditors.
