Christmas Help

Hello everyone,

Well what can I say. I have never imagine that my life would actually take me to this situation where I end up on a platform like this asking for help. (Which is a great platform by the way)

I am a female who will turn 40 in January. And I have found myself in a situation where I cannot afford to enjoy Christmas, pay my rent or even do anything for my upcoming birthday, due to lack of funds.

I am expecting my friends to come and visit me for Christmas and I don't have the funds to accommodate them. I feel so ashamed and embarassed to tell them they can no longer come and see the disappointment on their faces. If it was me alone I would just bear it.

I am never the kind of person to ask for help. Even when I am struggling....I always suffer in silence. However my situation has gotten so bad. That I don't know what to do and that's the reason why I decided to try this platform.

I know I am not the only one in difficult situation and there are even more people out there that are more destitute than myself.

However, I would really appreciate it..if some kind persons would please help. Thank you.
