Christmas Gifts for 500 Kids

Hello!

As Christmas day is nearing, we'd like to share a beautiful story of how we make kids happy for 4 consecutive Christmases already. Since I graduated and started earning money, I decided to prepare small gifts for kids who go gate by gate asking for "pamasko" (gifts) during Christmas day, sometimes Dad drives us around so we can give to random street kids as well.

On the 1st year, we prepared 100 loot bags filled with candies. On the 2nd year, we prepared almost 200 loot bags filled with candies and small toys like jackstone or small balls, sometimes school supplies. On the 3rd year, we prepared 300 lootbags filled with the same things and cooked spaghetti and lumpiang shanghai for kids and some moms. Last year, it was pretty special since we were able to receive cash sponsorship in addition to our own budget. We were able to give nicer gifts and loot bags with more goodies, and kept the spaghetti and lumpiang shanghai for kids and moms. We were also able to buy 10 baskets of groceries for 10 less fortunate families.

It's always a joy to share blessings and to make kids feel the spirit of Christmas. And this year (our 5th year), we invite you to be a part of this wonderful sharing as we plan to prepare more for more kids. We're also planning to prepare more simple Christmas hampers (basket/bag of goodies) for more families.
