Christmas Donation Drive for Strays and Shelter Animals 2017

This is an annual drive initiated by my friends and me to help animals in Singapore and Malaysia.

This year is our 4th ! We hope to reach out to more through this platform so that we can feed and neuter more animals.

Last year, we raised $10,501. With that, we fed 5,255 animals (3,032 dogs & 2,223 cats) during Christmas. This helped to ease the burden of approximately 36 stray feeders (e.g. MeiMei, , Mdm Rusnah, Winnie Tan, Aunty Nancy etc) and 21 shelters (e.g. Mdm Wong’s Shelter, Oasis Shelter, Mercy Light Shelter, Animal Lovers League)

Separately , we also raised $1,450 and neutered 14 animals (8 dogs and 6 cats) from ESA Shelter (Johor), Action for Singapore Dogs (ASD) Shelter, Causes for Animals and MRDS (Johor).

Strays & Shelter Animals - $12,000

This year i hope to help more by feeding 6,000 animals especially those under elderly stray feeders/shelter owners. These kind souls work tirelessly for years digging into their life savings to provide for the animals.eg the feisty Mdm Rusnah in her 60s who feeds 300 tray cats every day in the East.https://m.facebook.com/Mdm-Rusnah-love-for-Cats-(bank account hidden)/

Neutering- $8,000

On average, a dog can have 30 puppies in her lifetime whilst a cat can have 180 kittens in her life time. The statistic is alarming ! I hope to neuter 20 dogs (Approx $250 per dog) and 20 cats (Approx. $150 per cat).

How You can Help

For $2, you can sponsor a meal for one animal during Christmas. You will also be helping feeders and shelters by easing their burdens.If you want to sponsor neutering, any amount is welcome. We will consolidate the donation accordingly.
