Christmas Cheers for Kids with Special Needs of Talisay SPED, Negros Occidental

Its been the tradition of our family to bring cheers to small children during the holiday season. This year though, I want to bring the Christmas cheers to the students with special needs of the Talisay Elementary School SPED of Talisay City, Negros Occidental. This school provides therapy sessions to special needs children mostly from low-income families who cannot afford to pay for more comprehensive intervention from private therapy centers.

There are more or less 110 kids enrolled in Talisay SPED. We are hoping to give each kid a dental hygiene kit which they can use at the center. Each dental hygiene kit costs more or less P150 to P200 per set. I set the target fund amount at P25,000 so that we can provide some snacks also for these kids during the turn over. They will be having their Christmas Party on December 13. I hope we can raise the amount by that time so that they will receive their gifts from you on that day.

The plight of the special kids is very important to me. My own son has autism. I do understand the struggle of the parents, the caregivers and the immediate family members of these children.

Please help me help them. With the little amount you can spare, will bring big smiles not only to these kids but to their families as well. Let us show them that there are people who truly care.
