Christian’s Biggest Christmas wish to see mom

Christian is a 10 year old boy that lives in Phoenix, Arizona. Christian's mom Margaret lives in Mooresville, North Carolina. Christian has two brothers that live with him mom in North Carolina. The goal this holiday season is to fulfill Christian's Biggest Christmas wish and help him to spend Christmas with his mom.

In a short version Christian was 6 years old and his mom was hurt and injured in Domestic Violence and the situation escalated. Margaret was pushed to the edge and had to move out of state. Putting her son's best interests before her own she unselfishly knew she could not provide for both boys on her own in her situation. Christian's father is a great father and role model so Margaret entrusted him to keep Christian safe when Margaret moved.

Christian is suppose to spend the Summers and Christmas. Financial hardhship has put Christian's visits on hold. It has been a year and 1/2 since they last saw each other. The last visit was only a 1 week summer visit. Christian is very active in sports and has a typical boy life so Margaret only gets to talk to him about every 3-4 months.

To better provide for her boys and be able to see Christian more, Margaret went back to school. Changing her profession hoping it would bring better jobs and better income. Christian and Margaret were so excited, he just knew she could get a good job and then he would be able to see her a whole lot more. It has been 6 months since the 1st degree was received and not even one job offer or interview. All while raising Christian's 2 brothers alone and still trying to find that good job. Her ambitions and efforts are there but the jobs just are not there.

As the holidays draw in Christian has been more sad than usual with talk of not being able to see mom for the Summer or Christmas. Margaret has promised him that she will give her very best effort and try new job seeking avenues to find that perfect one so that she can get him to North Carolina for Christmas with her and his brothers giving him the best Christmas gift ever.

Margaret is a prideful individual and not one to ask for help or even want to seem like a charity case. She has always been the giver that will go above an beyond for anyone in any situation within her abilities. She is truly struggling trying to make this wish come true.  Our goal is to fly Christian to North Carolina for two weeks and then he will return to Arizona. Fortunately, he is of age to fly alone. We know times are tight for everyone during the holiday season but tf you could please assist us in granting his Biggest Christmas Wish Ever it would mean the world to us. Every small dollar counts.
