Mission Sibiras is a project that will organize an expedition to the places of exile and detention in Lithuania. The purpose of the expedition is to arrange the places of deportation of our countrymen, abandoned cemeteries, to build memorial symbols, crosses decorated with Lithuanian cross-breeding traditions, to remember the dead Lithuanians in Siberia. The expedition is also aimed at communicating with compatriots living in Siberia or their offspring. Coming back from the expedition, traveling around Lithuanian and global communities and encouraging interest in Lithuanian history and preserving it for future generations.
