Children of Nepal

My name is Hannah and I am currently a sophomore at a small school in Western New York studying to become a EFL (English as a Foreign Language) teacher. I love teaching and reading and especially traveling! It is my dream to travel the world and experience all that I can.

The main reason this has been created is that it is my aspiration to spend the summer of 2013 in Nepal volunteering at a Children's Home. I have an organization in mind, but need to be accepted by them before I will put them in here. During the day, I would be doing physical labor and farming while the children are at school. After the children return, my job would be to not only take care of them, but to also help with tutoring and playing with them. 

I would be volunteering for 8 weeks, and I know that this would be an experience of a lifetime. I truly hope that I will be able to raise enough money to experience a life changing opportunity. *If for any reason my minimum goal of my flights is not met, then I will have to go home instead of volunteering. If this happens all money raised will be donated to the organization I would have volunteered at.
