I’ve always heard stories of how Child Protective Services acts without enough reasonable cause trying to “protect children” against violence or neglect from their parents. I’ve seen movies, I’ve read articles, but I never though it could happen to my Family. I am sure there are instances when this is necessary but, what happens when they abuse their power and make false or exaggerated allegations to prove their point, or just because an opinion of one of their agents.

On October 15th of this year my son was home with the kids while mom and grandma went to the store to get food. The baby was taking a nap on his crib when he started crying. My son when to pick him up and found him at the edge of the crib with his arm stock on the crib. He’s 4 months old and is on the stage when they crawl on their bellies like little worms, start rolling and start pushing themselves up with their arms.

My son picked the baby up and noticed his arm was limp. He immediately called mom and grandma to turn around so they could take the baby to the emergency room. They only had one car at the moment.

Once there they checked the baby and said he will be fine. He had something they call “Nursemaids elbow” or “Nanny's Elbow” and even show them how to fix it if it happens again.

While waiting for the discharge papers a nurse told them a member of CPS was going to ask a few questions as it was normal procedure when a child goes to the emergency room. When the interview was over the CPS agent told them that she would be going to the house to make an inspection.

They showed up at their house that same night and inspect and took pictures of everything. When they finished the inspection they told my son he will have to leave the house right away. They also said they would have to take all the kids to their offices for a physical check up.

After that everything went down hill. They took the kids right then ant there and my son and his wife haven’t seen them since.

At this point the nightmare continues they have done anything possible to get the kids back and in the process they lost their money, there happiness, their home. They have lost everything that was important to them in one instant for no real reason.

This morning my daughter in law was going to visit the kids for the first time while in court and they did not bring the children. They also said the two girls were sick and didn’t want for the baby to get infected and other excuses. We’ve been told the kids are separated in different foster homes. The baby was breast feeding and they told her she will be able to breast feed the baby. Well, that never happened. CPS didn’t appear in court today so there was nothing done. I cannot even start to understand how all this happened.

We will make this public to at least raise awareness of this situation. I have research about this cases and the amount of inocente people is overwhelming. We were told we couldn’t fight them because they are a governmental institution, therefore they have all the power and money to do whatever they want. I also learnt that CPS agents get money for every child they take.

Legal help is extremely expensive and we have used all our resources. Please help us raise money so we can continue our fight to get our children back.

Please help..
