My sister has kidney failure and needs Funds for Dialysis and a New Kidney

Please Help My sister who needs funding for dialysis and a new Kidney. My sister and I are both orphans and it has always been only us 2. 2 weeks ago doctors told us that she has kidney failure and needs to go for dialysis. We do not have the funds to have her go for Dialysis. Anyone that is willing to assist with any amount would be of great help. I work 2 jobs and the money I make will never be enough to cover for her medical expenses. She passed matric and is eager to go study and make something of herself in a country where oppertunities and money to go study is very scarce.

This will help her live longer and pay for a new kidney.

Dialysis is expensive and she needs to get dialysis as soon as possible. Failing to do that will result in her state worsening which could hinder her from being able to get a new kidney. Please everyone. Help my sister get a second chance at living. She wants to be a Psychologist and has so many dreams that still need to be fullfilled. She never had a mother or father. I have been playing the roles of both our parents for so many years. Now that she is sick it is even more difficult to keep our heads above water.
