Child in Need

A family member is trying to demand a large amount of visitation time. The family member is rich and is using the legal system to get their demands.

The single hard working parent is raising the child. The other parent is out of the picture completely by their choice and there is nothing the single parent raising the child can do about it. The child is struggling to deal with all the changes in their life (school, self esteem and all the issues that come along with growing up).

The child's single parent is struggling to pay legal fees. The child's single parent has previously offered generous visitation time, but the family member is unwilling to compromise. The family member has plenty of money to fight until the single parent can't afford either a lawyer or to support the child.

Funds are needed to pay legal fees.
