Our concern is holistic development of children and their family and for this we are running various programs for their development and growth. We are running programs in 14 villages and slum areas Vikasnagar a district of Uttarakhand. In this program we have 273 children who are studying in classes from 1st to 12th. We have 51 children who have their age above 18 and they are taking professional training and are receiving professional education.

8 years before when we starting the program the children who came were in a very bad condition and their physical and medical condition was very bad. Now SASA has given counseling a number of times to the parents and guardians. By the medium of Health checkups and personal counseling we are having a close look at their medical condition and we are informing them how to live a life with better hygiene, and in a clean environment. The outcome of these efforts is very positive and we are glad that the children now living a neat and clean life with a good hygiene. The children are coming to the center very neatly. According to the BMI of the children the growth is good and healthy in comparison to the previous months and also children are getting good medically.
