Hello Everyone!

My name is Chelsea. I am a wife to a firefighter and a stay-at-home Mama to two little boys and three babies in heaven.

The reason I am asking for your help today is to get my home-based business going again. I previously owned a long-arm quilting machine and quilted the quilt tops that people pieced but, due to a sad series of family events, it was sold out from under me and my business had to be shut down.

We have tried for almost 4 years to purchase another machine. Everytime we hope to get one, medical expences take the funds. I have Type I diabetes and Cancer and my husband has Multiple Sclerosis, so it is a never ending battle to pay the medical bills and hospital stays.

I am currently quilting customers quilts on a small home sewing machine. It's hard work and very slow. Getting another long-arm would be such a blessing to me and help me bless my family.

My dream is to run a successful quilting business, be a teacher in the industry and volunteer to quilt quilt tops for Quilts of Valor (a foundation that makes quilts for American veterans). With the money I make from the business I hope to be able to help my husband pay the bills and maybe even someday take our boys on a trip and help them pay for college.

Please consider donating to my business and helping my dream come true.

Thanks for your time,

Chelsea
