Cheekbone Operation and Medical Expenses

Hi. I am Zecharias Jesus Acosta. This fund campaign is for the operation of my cheekbone and medical expenses after the operation.

I joined the recent 2-day Team Big Ring Bike Camp here in our city. The first day, we went uphill to Barangay Ga-as, Balamban, Cebu for our overnight stay. On the second day, we went downhill, on our way back to the city. While traversing downhill in Barangay Adla-on, It was too late for me to notice that there was a hump on the road that caused me to panicly press the front break of the bike. It resulted to an accident. I was thrown away from the bike and it was my left cheek that crashed on the road and the a great impact. It resulted to a cheekbone fracture and some part on the left side of my face. My face needs to be operated in less than two weeks to avoid more internal infection/damage.

However, I do not have enough money for this operation and after that. I am a home-based customer service representative, but I do not have life/health insurance to cover for my operation and medical expenses.
