cheated and tortured by employer in Cyprus ,resulting to stolen passport, money luggage leaving me with only clothes wearing

Hi everyone i am writing this to reauest for fund as i am going through big loss and emotional trauma. I would like to share my situation about the incident.

I am currently enrolled as MBA student in University of nicosia Cyprus and have 1 semester to complete by January 2020.

I came to study in nicosia Cyprus from Nepal as non European student. I had paid until fall 2019 and had 4000 euro left to pay to my University for which i requested my parents back home.

Unfortunately my mom had to go through cardiac surgery but she still managed to sebd 1500 which i paid to University and my rent in nicosia (cyprus).

Since i had summer holidays until September i decided to go to tourist area and ask for job which would contribute towards my fees.

I later on august approached a restaurant named waved cocktail and bar in protaras (paralimni area of famagusta cyprus) .

I worked there as kitchen helper also doing coffee making ,milk shake icecream etc of bar.

In cyprus you need to havr social insurance and letter from department of labor to work as student and i asked the employer to provide me with it as its the owner of the restaurant job to register me . He always said next day i will register you and also said if someone from labor department if they ask you about it tell them that you started yesterday. I had no clue as how to deal with that situation.

They used to make me work from 4 or 5 pm until 3 am in the morning and no days off. So on 25th august 2029 i went to ayia napa to see around and met some friends with whom had few drinks and told that i wont be able to work that night as i had few drinks.

Upon which they came to the room that night which they had provided me as a staff and demanded to evacuate than and there around 10 pm at the night since they said you not allowed to have day off and you not registered to work.

I requested them to pay upto the day i have worked and allow me to stay overnight as i had no other place to go.

Than they started taking my stuffs threw my laptop and started beating and threatening throwing all my belongings unpacked in the car park near the garbage bin and locked me out.

I stayed in the car park with all my stuff that night and slept on the waved path near Garbage.

Next day when i woke up all my documents , certificate ,passport , phone , wallet with cash, suitcase with luggage and toiletries,backpack went missing. I approached them to check on cctv which was facing car park to check who stole my belongings but they replied saying we dont care and don't come and ask any help.

A shop keeper nearby that restaurant helped me with €50 cash and took me to police station for reporting .

I than return back to nicosia with only police report with me .

I didnt want to inform my parent about thid situation as she just had heart surgery and had sold some land to send money last time.

I am in such a situation that University is demanding the whole remaining balance of €3000 to register for fall intake and finding financial hardship as since that incident i am staying homeless with no money and help to pay rent , uni fee, and fee to reauest new passport from consulate.

My friend suggested me to go on this website and share my situation to ask for help.

I have shared my real incident and letting you guys know that I am not scammer. I can show police report and photo taken by that shopkeeper lady and provide all evidence to shoe my request is genuine.
