If it Could Happen to Charles, It Could Happen to You

At present, funds for an attorney to assist with a Writ for Petition of Habeas Corpus is no longer needed. By the grace of God, the petition was done pro se and was granted. We are awaiting the response from the state attorney. Then we will give our reply and await the results from the Appellate Court.

A Prayer for Justice In Court Lord God

Redeemer of all men, I come before you today to ask for justice in court. As the Scriptures say, “God will judge the righteous and the wicked, for there is a time for every matter and for every work.” It is my request that your judgment be manifest in court, though men are fallible, through You justice can be had. Thank you Lord Jesus, and hear my prayer. Amen. -

It is with humble pride and appreciation for all of the support that my son has been receiving. Raising funds, especially legal funds is difficult if you do not have enough time to invest in its success. Charles and i decided that it might be best to file the writ for petition of Habeas Corpus ourselves with mom doing the research. We couldn’t raise the money in time so we did it ourselves To our amazement, the writ was granted. We are now waiting for the state to respond. They asked for an extension. Then we give our reply and an oral argument, if needed. We are grateful for the 1st favorable results we ever had. I will be stopping this campaign shortly and work on something else Thanks

The truth cost nothing but to be told Justice cost more than some can afford to pay! Not all in money but in all truth funding helps no matter how large or small it all adds up for the good of the cause. Though most of us can't even afford justice ourselves we can chip in an give what we can and ask God to bless it good measure pressed down running over more than any man can imagine using what is given to do all that need be done. JUSTICE for Charlse is a good cause. Please Donate all donations matter and are appreciated. Thank you
