Charity Sky Dive!

I am raising money for The Yoga Therapy Foundation (formerly the Amiyoga Fund) by taking part in a Tandem Sky Dive (eeek!) on 13th July 2014.

The Yoga Therapy Foundation (run by Ann-Marie Mainprize and Ella Gray in Hull) provides yoga classes and one to one therapy for people who suffer from a disability, from an injury and are in need of rehabilitation and for those living with cancer or mental health issues; all the money raised will be spent on providing these services in Hull.

I'm supporting this charity as a passionate advocate of yoga's theraputic applications and of what Ella and Ann-Marie are doing; they're two seriously determined and talented women who've created not only Hull's first (and extremely popular) dedicated yoga space and this associated charity, but who provide so many people in need with something that hospitals and medications just can't achieve.

Please give whatever you can to help them continue with their brilliant work! Payments can be made via PayPal, but if you're unable to do this please contact me to arrange an alternative.
