Change for Chios

Christmas has only just stopped abusing your bank balances so with this in mind I am asking for any donation amount you can manage, just £1 will go a long way to help send some desperately needed aid to refugees on the Greek Island of Chios.

Over Christmas this small island experienced an increase in boats arriving on it’s shores, in the overcrowded boats were many terrified men, women and children. Sussex Refugee Solidarity are sending out vital aid to Chios in January and I would be so very grateful if you could help me to raise some money to purchase desperately needed items.

The boxes I am filling for this shipment will contain nappies, baby wipes and baby food, a £1 donation could buy 1 pack of wipes or a jar/pouch of baby food, £3 could buy a small pack of nappies. Any money raised beyond what is needed for these items will either go towards the logistics of getting this aid where it is needed, or will be spent on additional aid items.
