As a young woman of age 22 I struggled with my weight for years, weighing in at 99kg ( now 56kg).
I have made it my goal to help others achieve this as well. Most importantly I want to help Cancer patients get their health back through exercise and healthy eating.
It has been my dream to open a Crossfit gym but I cannot afford the Level 1 training course. I need your help please. Help me help others, take their lives back.
My mom died of cancer and I had a scare about 2 yrs ago. I want to help as many as I can. Thank you. God bless.
