Campaign Story
I am Mae Ann C. Tugna turning 23 years old this June 28, 2016.I am a native of Dumga, Makato, Aklan, Philippines. Last September 1, 2011 I was diagnosed of Congenital Heart Disease, Atrial Septal Defect - Primum type, my physician advised us to undergo an open heart surgery the only way to cure my illness but due to our financial problem we never made it and continuous only in taking my medicine as maintenance to prevent any serious things to happen.But this last February 2016 I was again take my check up due to cough and the physician said that I really need to undergo a surgery as soon as possible coz things getting worst and if it take long there's no other way to cure my threatening illness.
My parents have no stable income in the province and we have no financial capacity for my operation.As now I was in the City of Manila working in a small company and under on leave as my physician advised I was working here to still help my parents despite of my condition to even just support my medicine everyday but things not work the way i wanted to be..
With this reason I'm humbly seeking for your benevolent assistance so that medical treatment could be undertaken as prescribed by my physician.
