We are seeking donations to assist in the above case which has been lodged as an Employment Tribunal Claim. The claimant is complaining of racial discrimination, unfair dismissal and victimisation from his former employer. He had previously worked for there for over 11 years with a successful track record.

Too few race discrimination cases make it to tribunal due to numerous barriers such as fees and employers threatening to pursue costs, etc. Your support will allow us to challenge racism and at least allow for this case to be heard.

To this end, we are requesting a donation to assist with tribunal fees, legal and other associated costs to enable access to justice. Suggested donation is £10, £20 if you can afford it. Any remaining funds will be used to assist future race discrimination cases.

As well as a monetary donation, adding your name to the call for this case to be heard will show that you stand with those challenging racism - public solidarity is crucial for cases such as this.
