Donation funds for a child size wheelchair for Mak-mak

My name is Ledilyn Panado from Bulacan philippines. I am the mother of a disabled 11 year old boy named Mak-Mak who has been diagnosed with multiple health issues such as Congenital Heart Disease Cerebral Palsy Microcephaly

Epilepsy &

Focal Seizure Global Developmental Delay.

I have created this fundraiser in order to raise him donations that will allow me to purchase him a suitable childs wheelchair which will enable him to sit upright safely.

I live poorly and life here in the philippines is very hard for me and Mak-Mak so without your support he will never have access to a proper chair that he desperately needs.

*The goal of this fundraiser is to raise all the funds to purchase him a Partners children wheelchair costing (8000php) ($166.50usd)
