Chadds College Tuition Fund

I am currently trying to raise money for my little brother to be able to go to college. Our parents can't afford to pay for the college and he was only able to get a grant to pay a little bit of the 35000 tuition and book fees. He is starting his career to become a pediatric surgeon at SIU School Of Medicine in Springfield IL.
